Eye-level with the mountains
The village of Nauders in the Tyrolean Oberland nestles high in the mountains at 1,400 metres above sea level, on the wide and sunny high valley of the Reschen Pass.
The Rosenhof is located in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps, where three countries – Austria, Switzerland and Italy – merge and where three imposing mountain ranges – the Ötztal Alps, the Sesvenna Alps and the Samnaun Alps – form a majestic backdrop.
Here on the main Alpine divide, numerous 3,000-metre peaks watch over the village of 1,500 inhabitants. The high valley opens up to the south, offering a clear view all the way to the glacier of the Ortler massif and a constant breeze of southern warmth into the high mountain climate.
Location of the Rosenhof
The Rosenhof is located on the outskirts of Nauders: the village is in front of the house and it's only a 5-minute walk to the centre. At the rear of the house is the farm, the meadows and panoramic views of the mountains, which are always at eye level. This is the perfect place to wind down and recharge your batteries and to get some exercise.
